The fabulous mansion that houses Galleria Carnivora is a Spanish Colonial, ostentatiously ornamented with European grotesques characteristic of the great prosperity enjoyed during its era of construction. Its three stories are constructed entirely of dolomite and marble, and were designed, we believe, by the great architect Francisco Munoz de LeGaspi. This may surprise some, but we have incontrovertible evidence that he did in fact spend three years in our city, and his signature style is unmistakable.
