Dude--I wrote that sentence for this FAQ page in about 2007. Can you believe it--the ICPS hasn't updated this list for 15 years? Damn.
Oh well. It's moldy as all hell, but that list, and the species-by-species justifications for listing,
are given below. It is so out of date that I'm not sure if it is useful anymore.
